Load Validation
If you have a problem with the wrong product getting placed on the wrong delivery truck, then our load validation is the solution you've been looking for. It confirms that all boxes for the orders on a truck are present and that a box is not on the wrong truck. So a loader is sure that the load is correct before the truck is loaded and your customer is disappointed.
The system provides the following functions:
- Confirms all boxes on the load belong to the load.
- Warns if a box is missing, or box on wrong load.
- Prints driver route summary sheet if desired.
- Box labels to help the driver identify the correct product for each delivery.
- Box labels tell the customer what is in each re-packed box.
